Triple Bottom Line Reporting
Project Summary
SISTech, in partnership with engineering consultants Wren & Bell,
worked with property developers EDI to establish a framework
for assessing the sustainability of their development portfolio.
The methodology is based on a Triple Bottom Line / Five Capitals
reporting methodology which has resulted in nine Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs) which can be applied across the portfolio, on
all types of projects, with no loss of local context. The essence
of the approach is that evidence supporting the assessment of criteria
should be capable of being audited.
The second phase of the project was to assess the performance of individual projects and the portfolio
as a whole and to widen the scope of the methodology's application
within the organisation.
