Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA)

SEA is a process to ensure that significant environmental effects
arising from policies, plans and programmes are identified, assessed,
mitigated, communicated to decision-makers and monitored. It also
facilitates opportunities for public involvement in the development
of such policies, plans and programmes. SEA is widely recognised
as an important instrument to help to achieve sustainable development
in public planning and policy making.
SISTech has carried out a number of projects involving, and related
