The Next Decade: Evolution and Integration
10th May 2011
With over a decade of experience securely in hand, SISTech is poised to integrate more closely with its two shareholders.
SISTech Staff will be placed directly in both MWH and Heriot-Watt University to facilitate more of the joint working and collaboration that has been successful in the past. SISTech’s integration will be represented by Kate Beckmann at Heriot-Watt and by Robin Grenfell at MWH. Kate and Robin will continue to be assisted by SISTech’s team of specialist Associates.
It is anticipated that SISTech’s Carbon Accounting and Management work will be particularly applicable to some areas of MWH’s work. Likewise our work with Knowledge Exchange and Research Impact will be a valuable asset for Heriot-Watt along with the opportunity to help the University develop its sustainability credentials, not only through its teaching and research activities but also in the way that it operates on campus and as part of the wider Edinburgh community.
SISTech’s core skill areas across the sustainability field will be bolstered by improved connections with MWH and Heriot-Watt. Our skills and services will remain available both for our external clients and for our shareholders to utilise on a project by project basis.
