Energy Sector Business Strategy

Project Summary

This report consisted of two sections. The first provided an overview of the energy sector, including the present capability of both fossil-fuel and renewable energy technologies alongside the key challenges and regional issues relating to both energy supply and demand. The second section used this information, in conjunction with the existing portfolio and skillset of the client, to map out a business strategy to enable the client to grow its business and profile within the sector.

The key outcomes of the study were presented by SISTech to the client's senior management group.
