Capacity building for sustainable communities
The role of communities is integral in building a sustainable future since they have the ability to engage people with sustainability;
inspiring and creating collective change. Sustainable communities often address behavioural changes as well as wider infrastructural
or societal changes.

community capacity, including facilitating agreement through stakeholder and community engagement, carrying out workshops and surveys,
and providing advice on fund-raising and applications. SISTech has experience in evaluation of community projects including quantitative
assessments of carbon savings and qualitative assessments of wider benefits of projects to communities, such as enhancing
community-cohesion or health benefits.
SISTech has worked on energy, transport, food and waste community-based projects, and with a wide-ranging expertise in sustainability,
